Eligibility Requirements
  1. Certified as a Minority Business Enterprise (i.e., African-American, Aleut, Asian Pacific American, Asian American, Asian Indian, Hispanic, Native American, Eskimo, Hasidic Jew).
  2. Generated at least $500,000 in gross receipts or revenues during the most recent calendar or fiscal operating year.
  3. Headquartered in the Washington, DC Metropolitan area.
